Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations arise in which you may have to cancel your booked session. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your session you do it with more than 24 hours notice.

Our cancellation terms :

• If you cancel a booked session and cancellation time is less than or equal to 24 hours of the scheduled session time, you shall not be eligible for any refund.

• If you cancel a booked session and cancellation time is more than 24 hours of the scheduled session time, you shall receive 85% of the cancelled session's charge as refund.

• If you do not show up for the booked session and do not cancel it in advance, it will be considered as a NO SHOW and you shall not be eligible for any refund.

• If your session is cancelled by a Tutor, then you are eligible for 100% refund.

 

Note: The cancellation terms shall be sole discretion of Tutorsera and may vary from time to time. We encourage you to carefully read the cancellation terms prior to booking a session. The refund shall be initiated within 7 business days and the time to get reflected in your bank account may vary.
